QVista offers flexible plans designed for different usage levels and business needs. Choose the plan that best fits your requirements and upgrade as your usage grows.

Available Plans

QVista currently offers four plans:
  • Free — Get started with QVista at no cost.
  • Business — For teams and businesses that need more capacity and advanced capabilities.
  • Enterprise — For organizations with higher usage and broader requirements.
  • Pay As You Go (PAYG) — For usage-based billing when you prefer to pay based on your QVista usage.

Free

$0/month The Free plan lets you explore and use the core QVista platform without a subscription payment. It is suitable for users who want to get started with QVista and evaluate its capabilities before moving to a paid plan.

Business

$49/month The Business plan is designed for businesses that need greater platform capacity and access to additional QVista capabilities. It is suitable for teams that are ready to use QVista as part of their regular business workflows.

Enterprise

$499/month The Enterprise plan is designed for organizations with higher usage requirements and broader business needs. It provides increased capacity and access to advanced capabilities intended for larger-scale use.

Pay As You Go

Usage-based billing The Pay As You Go plan allows you to use QVista based on your actual usage rather than paying a fixed subscription price. PAYG usage is calculated using defined QVista billing factors. Usage is accumulated during the billing period and billed monthly. This plan is suitable when your QVista usage varies and you prefer a usage-based pricing model.

Billing Cycles

Paid subscription plans can be billed on either:
  • Monthly
  • Annual
The available billing cycle and applicable price are shown when selecting a plan.

Each plan provides a different level of access and capacity across QVista services. Plan limits and included capabilities may include:

Changing Your Plan

You can change your QVista plan as your requirements change.

Upgrading

When you upgrade to a higher plan, the new plan becomes available immediately after the upgrade is completed. If the upgrade occurs during an existing billing period, applicable charges are calculated based on the remaining portion of the billing period.

Downgrading

When you downgrade to a lower plan, the downgrade is scheduled for the next billing cycle. Your current plan remains active until the end of the current billing period. The lower plan then takes effect when the next billing cycle begins. For detailed instructions, see Upgrading & Downgrading.

Pay As You Go

PAYG uses a usage-based billing model rather than a fixed subscription price. Your usage may be measured across applicable QVista billing factors, such as:
  • DataTable Records
  • DataTables
  • DataTable Columns
  • DataTable Relationships
  • Views
  • View Complexity & Features
